Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 2026

By using SiteMathTools (the "Website") you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.

1. Estimates, not engineering advice

Every calculator, formula and article on this Website is provided for educational and estimation purposes only. SiteMathTools is not a licensed engineering firm, architectural practice or contractor. Nothing here is a substitute for structural analysis, stamped drawings, or the judgement of a certified civil or structural engineer. Building codes, material densities, moisture content and site conditions vary by region and will change what a job actually requires.

2. No warranty of accuracy

We use industry-standard formulas and check our working, but we make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any result. Compaction, spillage, breakage, irregular geometry and supplier variation cannot be predicted from dimensions alone. Always sanity-check a result before ordering.

3. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteMathTools and its creators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this Website. That includes financial loss from over- or under-ordering, project delay, property damage, structural failure or personal injury. You use these tools at your own risk.

4. Intellectual property

The design, code, written content and visual components of this Website are the property of SiteMathTools and protected by copyright. Please do not scrape, republish or redistribute them without permission.

5. Acceptable use

Use the Website lawfully. Do not attempt to compromise its security, overwhelm it with automated requests, or scrape the calculators programmatically.

6. Changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Website or any calculator at any time. We may also update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the revised version.
